4. I pump from 4-6 times per day, depending on circumstances. I need to produce about 25 oz per day to meet his needs (and with Isis, I overshoot this goal by a good bit and am about 2 days ahead of him in fresh milk and have )
5. This pump shocked me by its comfort, ease of use, and most important, its effectiveness. I get yields that are much greater than with the electric. I wouldn't be without it. I am considering buying a second one to double-pump (except I'm afraid I'm not coordinated enough for this). I wouldn't trade it for anything. However, that said, keep in mind that I've never used a hospital grade pump or double-pumped. It is possible that I might rate it differently if I could make other comparisons. One of the best things about this pump is its portability and silence. I especially recommend this pump if a person is having problems with letdown -- those petals are truly magic.

4. I pump 3-4 times a day with the PIS, M-F when I am at work. I pump occasionally on the weekend with the Isis when I have time or I am full.
5. How does this pump compare to others you have used?
   I get more milk from the PIS, but the ISIS is great for home, occasional pumping. I also can use my hands with the PIS, which I cannot with the ISIS.

4. I've only used this for occaisional pumping. I use the Lactina 1-2 times/day 3 days/week.
5. How does this pump compare to others you have used?
   I really like this pump! Compared to the manual attachment that came with my Lactina, it is *very* easy. I got just as much milk using the Isis as I got with my Lactina (only I had to pump each side seperately).
